Our Story
Oh, hey there! We’re John and Lee Stratton. As property buyers, sellers, project-builder customers and owner-builders, we’ve been investing in WA property for over 20 years. We live 5 minutes from Perth’s iconic Scarborough Beach in our owner-built Australian beach house, with two terrific kids going to local schools in the area. We wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
John has been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years starting out as a bricklayer before going on to work with Australia’s most well-known hardware chain for 15 years in their commercial branch, so he knows a thing or two about building. John is also a licensed Real Estate and Business Agent in WA and Drift Real Estate is our licensed agency in WA.
Lee has a Communications degree and after 20+ years in WA Government roles, she now manages the Drift business activities. Lee loves nothing more than being immersed in interior design and property-related pursuits and her favourite pastime is watching and reading anything related to property buying, selling or renovating, and there will always be another house in her mind that she wants to design and build!
We’ve sold our family home before so we know the emotional upheaval that can come with parting ways with a house full of memories. We’ll walk beside you and help open up a new world of opportunity that’s waiting for your family’s story to be continued.
